Still No Country for Old Men

We’ve got a trailer and website for the new Coen Bros. film at last. Don’t panic, I won’t bore you to death over this one. Good news is it looks like a very faithful adaptation.

Jesus! This looks amazing… the novel translated page-for-page by loving hands. Suddenly, after many years, my faith in those Coen boys is restored…

Go on bore us to death with information about it.

I haven’t read the original so can’t really comment.
Still have to read Perfume after having seen the film.
Almost bought ‘M’ about Caravaggio the other day

but I still haven’t seen the Derek Jarman film on Caravaggio yet

Caravaggio is okay, best on the painting side of things. Painting in films often looks ridiculous but he makes it look real. I prefer his other films though, especially The Tempest.
