This reminds me of designs I have seen in Prague, of Alfons Mucha.
He designed some wonderful jewelry for Sarah Bernhardt (I think you mentioned some of the pieces earlier).

Yes, Mucha is the prince of this kind of design. Some of his jewellery is in the Divine Sarah post linked above. He also made designs for household goods such as cutlery although I don’t know whether any were manufactured.

There’s a wonderful Art Nouveau peacock in the bell-tower of a church somewhere in Hampshire.
