That’s great news. Now I won’t have to try and decide which pages to photocopy to send to you from the photocopy I made of the entire thing after I borrowed it on interlibrary loan as the original was too expensive. How many more people will be able to see it now that couldn’t before?

Hi Tom. I’ve no idea why that is, it’s not my page. The book is still subject to copyright, however, so there may be a problem posting all the pages in this way.
