Or is it Bradley-esque, since the bold outlines perhaps owe something to <a href=\"http:\/\/digitalgallery.nypl.org\/nypldigital_dev\/dgkeysearchdetail.cfm?trg=1&amp;strucID=1018606&amp;imageID=1541565&amp;total=28&amp;num=0&amp;parent_id=1018587&amp;word=&amp;s=&amp;notword=&amp;d=&amp;c=&amp;f=&amp;k=0&amp;sScope=&amp;sLevel=&amp;sLabel=&amp;lword=&amp;lfield=&amp;imgs=20&amp;pos=19&amp;snum=&amp;e=w\" target=\"_blank\">the great Will<\/a>? Whatever the inspiration, the artist responsible is Iker Spozio whose other music-related commissions can be seen on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ikerspozio\/\" target=\"_blank\">his Flickr pages<\/a>, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ikerspozio\/2389635830\/sizes\/l\/in\/set-72157604391698886\/\" target=\"_blank\">the original drawing<\/a> for this CD minus the text boxes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.discogs.com\/viewimages?release=977413\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"colleen2.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.johncoulthart.com\/feuilleton\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/colleen2.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For earlier examples of the Beardsley influence in album design there&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.johncoulthart.com\/feuilleton\/2008\/09\/09\/aubrey-beardsleys-musical-afterlife\/\">this post<\/a> from a couple of years ago. I&#8217;d still like to know the artist responsible for the cover of the Gabor Szabo album, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/iwantyoumag\/3904316334\/sizes\/o\/in\/photostream\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Dreams<\/em><\/a>.
