Wilbur Macey Stone&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.archive.org\/details\/bookplatesoftoda00stoniala\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Book-plates of To-day<\/em><\/a> (1902) is a small overview of the art of the bookplate at the Internet Archive.
