It was also a concept album about time travel, which couldn\u2019t have been more pre-punk had it been focus-grouped that way.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/thequietus.com\/articles\/30264-elo-time-review\" target=\"_blank\">David Bennun<\/a> on <em>Time<\/em> (1981), ELO&#8217;s masterwork of science-fiction pop.
