This reminds me that I have an unread copy of Highsmith&#8217;s <em>The Two Faces of January<\/em> that I ought to move to the reading pile.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Dd5vHr-RJPg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Saint Laurent\u2014Summer of &#8217;21<\/em><\/a>: Gaspar No\u00e9&#8217;s new promo for the fashion house features Charlotte Rampling and a group of models in a vaguely Argento-like scenario that&#8217;s all crimson light, sumptuous decor and a creditable cover of <em>I Feel Love<\/em> by SebastiAn.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 I&#8217;ve been listening to a lot of Magma recently so this is timely: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seventhrecords.com\/en\/magma-19\/magma-retrospektiw-i-ii-iii-bonus-1303.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">all three of the live <em>Retrospekt\u00efw<\/em> albums<\/a> from 1980 gathered together for the first time in a single package and with a bonus recording.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At Spine: <a href=\"https:\/\/spinemagazine.co\/articles\/the-joy-of-illusion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vyki Hendy<\/a> collects some recent book covers that use optical illusions (or negative space) to catch the attention.
