The post gives an idea of the contents but for a deep dive I&#8217;d suggest <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/Meat.HowMenLookActwalktalkdressundresstasteSmellTrueHomosexual\/page\/n1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Meat<\/em><\/a> (1994) at the Internet Archive, a collection of the best of the early editions of <em>STH<\/em>. Related: &#8220;<i>Straight to Hell <\/i>was an immensely popular underground publication. John Waters, William S. Burroughs, and Robert Mapplethorpe were fans; Gore Vidal called it &#8216;one of the best radical papers in the country.'&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/nplusonemag.com\/issue-25\/reviews\/straight-to-hell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erin Sheehy<\/a> on Boyd McDonald&#8217;s determination to kick against the pricks.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 RIP psychedelic voyager and spiritual guide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2019\/dec\/23\/baba-ram-dass-dies-age-88-lsd-new-age-spirituality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Richard Alpert\/(Baba) Ram Dass<\/a>.
