The omission in the latter seems even more surprising when Calder himself wrote obituaries for the paper, and they ran <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/books\/2018\/aug\/01\/last-exit-to-brooklyn-hubert-selby-appeal-1968\" target=\"_blank\">an archive piece two weeks ago<\/a> for the 50th anniversary of Calder &amp;
