The book is currently on my to-be-read-next pile.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dirgemag.com\/skull-art-thirteen-masters\/\" target=\"_blank\">Theodore Carter<\/a> finds images of skulls by artists through the ages.
