The famously violent <em>Edge<\/em> novels, credited to &#8220;George G. Gilman&#8221;, were ubiquitous on bookstalls in the 1970s. They were Harknett&#8217;s most successful works, and are still collectible today; if you&#8217;re interested there are <a href=\"https:\/\/rjdent.wordpress.com\/2008\/10\/26\/george-g-gilmans-edge-a-new-kind-of-western-hero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">61 of them<\/a> to search for.
