At first glance the contents seem pretty much the same but I definitely hadn&#8217;t seen <a href=\"http:\/\/digitalcollections.nypl.org\/search\/index?filters%5Btitle_uuid_s%5D%5B%5D=Salome,%201975%20Jan.%208%7C%7C21c7b8d0-c621-012f-a5e6-58d385a7bc34&amp;keywords=&amp;layout=false\" target=\"_blank\">this set of photos by Kenn Duncan<\/a> before. The all-male production of Oscar Wilde&#8217;s <em>Salom\u00e9<\/em> staged by Lindsay Kemp in 1975 was the queerest of them all but pictures and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.johncoulthart.com\/feuilleton\/2012\/05\/11\/lindsay-kemps-salome\/\">a few films clips<\/a> are all the record we have. The production was also vividly coloured, a quality that&#8217;s lost in these shots.
