More psychedelic freakery from American filmmaker Jud Yalkut. Us Down By The Riverside (1966) is short and sweet: three minutes of acid visuals accompanied by a muddy recording of The Beatles playing Tomorrow Never Knows. Groovy. For a very different take on John Lennon’s psych-out, see the penultimate episode of cartoon show, The Beatles.

guess you were searching for Amadeus, here is a post I made on my tumblr with 3 illustrations from Die Muskete and another Ex Libris he did.

Tremendously modern. If you find more on him please make a post.
Great blog!
That’s excellent, many thanks! The main thing I needed was a full name to allow some detailed searching, “Amadeus” being too Mozart-related to look for on its own. Great to see that some of his other work is as good as the Walpurgisnacht drawing. There may well be a follow-up post.
